Interesting course. helped me understand statistical information and apply it to the world. helpful in other coarses as well such as sciences and social sciences. Teacher was great, initially didnt grasp his teaching but every lesson is taught in a specific order for a reson.
Course highlights:
In this coarse I learned how to survey people in order to collect data from a sample population, I then learned how to process that data using charts and formulas in order to identify trends and determine likelihood and so forth. I also learned that with everything there is statistical error and outliers.

Keep track of your formulas in one place. they are difficult to remember and are easy to mix up. make sure you understand previous information before you move forward it all builds on the previous info.

I would recommend this course for anyone looking into taking a math course that isn't too challenging. Unlike math courses like Calculus, Statistics focuses more on analyzing and computing data, which proves to be easier each time you practice it.

I learned how to look at data on a deeper level by taking this course. It also taught me how surveyors pull information from surveys and how to identify if data is to be reliable or not.

I would recommend purchasing a TI-84 Calculator and getting familiar with it. The people who suffered most in this class were those without a calculator.
