Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class delves into Anatomy & Physiology in a very interesting way that gave me a new perspective on the body and allowed me to fully understand how the structure or shape of something affects its function.

    Course highlights:

Dissecting and labs were the highlights of this course, Mrs. Ferrara made it very interactive and easy to understand. For example, we completed a frog dissection, a cow eyeball dissection, and observed a pig lung.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention during class and actively take notes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you have an interest for a healthcare career. This course gives you the opportunity to explore what you will spend the rest of your eight years learning. You will do a lot of dissections of frogs, chicken legs, brains, and hearts.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I have learned most muscles, bones, and all other extensive lists that have to be memorized in medical school. By having this opportunity in high school, I will have an easier time learning it again in a couple of years.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend to take this course only if you are interested in the healthcare field. If you are not interested, you will fail this course. This course is like the first two years of medical school; shows individuals that if you do not have the passion for it then just drop out.
