This class gives a solid foundation of administration and applies real world experiences throughout the course.
I learned about different types of tools used for evaluating employees, different theories in leadership, and goal setting. Furthermore, communication, setting employees up for success, and managing workplace conflicts were the most interesting topics for me.

Read the chapters before taking the quizzes and use sticky tabs to label important information and the the start and finish of the chapters so you can flip back and forth easily.
