    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a necessity for all mechanical engineering students whether you want to into energy system design or not. It used to be a requirement for the major. This course is a heavy workload but through it you create all excel design templates you would ever need in energy design throughout your career. I still use the templates to this day. Take this class and actually put in the work to do well. I would post the templates on CH but you will learn best by doing them yourself. You must know where your numbers are coming from. Engineering isn't just plugging and chugging.

    Course highlights:

Highlights were learning how to use excel to make incredibly intricate design templates for energy system calculations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You must know where your numbers are coming from. Engineering isn't just plugging and chugging.
