Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

After deciding on majoring in exercise and sports science and taking my first intro class, I felt very passionate about the subject. I connected with my professor in a sense that she helped me discover what I could do with this major and helped me unvail the drive and passion I had for this field.

    Course highlights:

While it is an intro course and there is still so much to learn, it was the most influential course I have taken thus far mostly because of how excited it made me. We learned about everything from personal wellness, to weakness, stress management, functions of certain body parts, and everything in between.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The biggest advice I would give to students considering this course is to pay attention, go to class, and make some sort of connection with your professor. Knowing your professor can aid you not only in class but also years from now, especially if it is a professor of your major.
