Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Honestly, I wasn't thrilled to be taking this course. I had taken AP English classes up until I graduated high school, but because I was given a placement test unexpectedly, I ended up passing the written portion but needed to take the reading class before taking English 1A. In retrospect, I'm really thankful I took this class with this professor. I learned a lot of things I can now take with me outside of the classroom.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to effectively read and really retain the information I was absorbing. I learned how to use the text presented to me to effectively prove my point. I learned how to cite only important sources and how to choose the strongest quotes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate! As well as, do all the assignments given to you.
