    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Get to understand the human behavior! It will create in you an empathetic side and even excite you by realizing your own self.

    Course highlights:

Humanistic psychology: highlights on one's strengths and studies the road to success. I learned that there is a way to become a successful, positive individual. Everyone is special and capable in their own way - you just need to have the confidence to believe in yourself! Stop saying "no I can't" and start looking at yourself in the mirror and saying "no matter the set backs, yes I can"!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook! It is definitely in the curriculum for a reason. The definitions, pictures and little stories put in there by the author help a lot. Also, do the homework! Professor Avera makes it for studying and memorizing purposes - not for busy work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it provides you with a good overview of the basics of psychology, and is an excellent way of testing yourself to see whether or not you are truly interested in studying psychology in the future.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I am most interested in studying abnormal psychology in the future, since the class went in-depth enough, that I got a good understanding of different mental illnesses and the research done for the specific illness.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should keep an open mind in regards to the different opinions people have, since psychology is the study of the mind. By "studying" others opinions, it will help you in determining and understanding where you want to be in the world of psychology.
