Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend it, she is clear and is always accessible when we have questions.

    Course highlights:

I gained a really good understanding of Math 43, as someone who is weak in math, she really does help you lots to be able to comprehend the math. She makes you feel comfortable, a great learning environment. Homework is on Web Assign, so its helpful for those who work and go to school simultaneously. Even if you find something hard, you can reach out to her at her office hours and online, she replies rather quickly and will help clear up any questions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always attend lectures, she gives really good lecture material that helps on hw and on tests. Take advantage of her office hours and immediately ask questions when you have any. She isn't intimidating and is actually one of the most understanding professors I know. Take down the notes, they help in the long run.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it if you are a STEM major who is going to need to be taking more advanced math courses in the near future because I think that it gives you a good foundation knowledge.

    Course highlights:

I learned many math concepts from algebra 2 but in this course you will do them in much more depth. Be prepared for matrices, graphs and vectors.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to always do all the homework, especially if you encounter a chapter that seems slightly more challenging, even if it is not worth that much toward your final grade. It will be very useful to prepare for exams!
