    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He was a great professor overall. The class was very interesting, and it was awesome to look at the telescope that they have which he would project on the planetarium screen and would incorporate that during many class sessions. He didn't assign any homework, and attendance wasn't too mandatory, but he did take roll sporadically. The only thing he really grades you on is the midterms and the final. So make sure to review the pages in the book and try to show up to class often and you'll pass for sure!

    Course highlights:

I learned the different phases of the moon and their names. I learned about certain gases and why it's so difficult for hot air to escape from a car. It was just a great intro class to astronomy. I really enjoyed it, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. I actually just recommended it to a friend this morning. It counts towards your GE requirement, so that's definitely a bonus.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book, go to class as much as you can, if not ask a classmate for the notes and you'll easily be able to pass. Depending on the day, he sometimes lets you out early which was awesome since I took his class twice a week for 2 hours.

    | Would not recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Her lecture videos (that sometimes take hours to watch every week) are confusing and jumbled.

    Course highlights:

Sometimes, I'm not sure she even knows what she is talking about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend any other professor but her.
