Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Doctor Clark is a great instructor. He loses his patience quickly and sometimes upsets himself but he really cares about teaching the students the materials. He will break down an equation and repeat the solving process as much as the students need him to.

    Course highlights:

This course was my first time taking a chem cours and Dr. Clark make it really fun to understand the material. I was going into Chem with fear of not understand the math and material but he really made this course a breeze.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This course is really intense. I would not recommend taking this course if you don't have enough time on your plate. It is 2 hour lab and 3 hour lecture, Monday through Thursday. On days when there is no lab, it is just a 5hr lecture. Although the course was very intense, Dr. Clark makes it really fun. The course is also only 6 weeks long during the summer.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the experiments during lab days are quite interesting. The instructor is a funny person and he is easy to talk to.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning conversion factors. Other highlights were lab days. I got to learn how to measure acidity and base, and to convert moles to grams.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always attend class, ask questions, do not do the study guide at the last minute, and take notes that you can later refer back and understand.
