    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Taking calculus at a high school level is definitely not an easy task. However, it is absolutely worth the challenge. After completing this course, I was very pleased with myself and I could understand the applications of the information learned from it very vividly. It is an awesome course to take in preparation for college and/or a job that involves a lot of applications of mathematics.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course included working with other classmates. There were many topics that were very hard to grasp so investing in sharing thoughts and ideas with my peers made a great impact. I even made great friendships through those times. We learn how to apply rates of change into every day situations, how to find behaviors of graphs, and more!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Never underestimate the value of teamwork. My teacher invested into each one of us greatly and pushed us to complete our work to the best of our abilities. By giving us time to work with one another almost every day, concepts were much more understandable and that resulted in a better performance by everyone in the class.
