Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved psychology. It's so interesting to learn about why we do what we do and how our behavioral responses can come from our biology.

    Course highlights:

I gained a greater knowledge on the physical structure of the brain, the hemispheres, and cortexes, and all of the endocrine system glands. I also learned about social psychology and how people influence each other intentionally, and unintentionally.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the textbook is necessary for success in this course. I recommend the Princeton Review book to complement the textbook. This course is vocabulary heavy so paper flashcards and/or Quizlet were lifesavers for me.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

it doesn't matter whether you are interested in stem or history, this class is eye opening because your learning about yourself, about what makes up a humans identity, learn what separates us from the animal kingdom, and what divides us as a citizen of this planet.

    Course highlights:

learning about development because as a teenager we don't think about having children and how to raise them in our future, but iv'e learned that small children lack the ability to see how their actions affect another person other than themselves. many parents lack this knowledge therefore, truly don't understand their own children as well as they think they do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

be prepared to not do well the first time you get in, that idea that "i can handle everything and anything" needs to stop because that mindset will only bring your grade down because you'll be too overconfident about topics you've never learned of before. the tests will be easy/moderate if you study the content, especially by reading the book

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Psychology explains who we are. Sometimes we think we know who we are, but taking this course helped me open my eyes and brain to see and understand who I really am.

    Course highlights:

The personal favorite section of this course was the hormones. The section covered stimuli and reaction.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course will bring better understanding about the human body and nature. As a human, this course should interest one because then one learns how to treat themselves and others.
