    Course Overview:

    I highly recommend this class because it explains the illnesses that are caused by eating wrong and understand how body work with nutrition

    Course highlights:

    I learned about food intake, how to calculate calories, balance, chronic diseases, eating disorders, vitamins, and how the body counts on food for energy.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    my advice is to study on what she gives on power points. ask questions. make sure o homework on time. defiantly helps a lot.

    A highlight that I got from this course is the impacts of sugars on the body.
