Pretty easy, overall.
This is a great course for someone who likes working at their own pace while still being part of a class. If you aren't good with staying on task or doing things on your own I would not recommend this as an online class. This class is great as a PE class along with tying the health and wellness aspect to it.
This course really pushed me to keep myself accountable and really learn how to stay on top of things since I took it online. This class was not only based on being active but what comes with it, eating healthy, knowing what your heart rate should be, and more.

Advice for students:
Don't stress about having to go to the gym or be a member, you can simply workout in your living room. This class is one that is good to take if you are trying out online classes or you need a lighter loaded this quarter. If you are taking it online, keep a planner (agenda) and have a schedule to stay on top of everything.
