Great course to learn more about nutrition and how what you eat affects your body. Professor Impara gives great insights through the chapters and helps steer you in the right direction for better health.
I gained the knowledge to make better decisions for what I'm going to eat for better overall health. I'll think twice before ordering an unhealthy meal now that I know exactly how that meal can affect my body.

Professor Impara doesn't impose any time limits on the weekly quizzes, take all of the time that you need, double check your work with your book and study materials before turning in your quiz. There is really no reason not to be able to get 10/10 every quiz. Then at the end of the semester, those grades can help make up for any questions that you may miss on the final exam.
