    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is tough but Prof. Bates makes it easier. Some instructors give no or minimal examples before the homework is due so be prepared to learn on your own using the textbook and online portion.

    Course highlights:

Real-world application of concepts learned in the text during final project.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of of the online study tools / additional materials.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class if you really like numbers or you're going into the business field. I enjoyed all the numbers but if you don't like math or not to sure try financial accounting first.

    Course highlights:

The main traits of manufacturing accounting , cost systems, and other useful skills. I learned break even analysis , how to get profit margins, income from operations . Even though it was a tough class o really enjoyed it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay focused and don't fall behind, it's hard to catch up.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course definitely requires good reading and analysis skill. Do not suppose to pass it with a good great without making extra effort. How ever, the professor is not a hard grader. He gives difficult tests, yet gives students the chance to improve their grades. He is so geneous.

    Course highlights:

This course itself is very closely related to real life situation. Students have the chance to come up with a system of budgets for their project. My professor like to talk about his past experience in managerial accounting. Highlights: Most professors have more than twenty years of experience under their belts!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Your text will be hard to understand because it is difficult to conceptualize the concepts. However, do not stop reading! If you read to the end, you will reap twice the benefit from the lecture. Trust me!
