    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Great understanding teacher that is super enthusiastic about his class.

    Course highlights:

Most important thing for your studies is your sleep and taking time in the beginning of your day to be grateful helps your overall mood throughout the day.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay very close attention to what your teacher says in class cause that's what'll be in the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this class and this professor. She is amazing and her teaching format is easy to follow. Theres a lot of reading and some chapters are long but it is very interesting.

    Course highlights:

This course was amazing. I loved learning about how to mind and the body connect. One of the highlights was learning about a few different people who had psychological disorders but received a degree even with their hardships. I learned a lot in this class about neuroplasticity in the brain and how trauma affects the brain. There is so much that we know about the brain but theres also so much we still do not know which fascinates me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do all the reading. On canvas there will be learning curves assigned and practice tests that will immensely help. There are also different activities on canvas that are not assigned but will definitely help if you do them. The chapter practice tests can be taken numerously before the due date so take advantage of that.
