Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

it is a very fun and encouraging course for me. Koller has been very helpful in the past few months in helping me understand the materials

    Course highlights:

I learned about macroeconomics which was very interesting. I learned how the teaching method and materials differ from what i learned at my country and i find it very helpful for me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice students to work hard and study hard although this course wasn't very tough. But professor Koller likes seeing his students get good grades and he is willing to give his students good grades if they work hard enough.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Microeconomics is a great course to take to gain more perspective on how commerce operates and what makes a successful business run and the different types of businesses. Mr. Rivas was an excellent instructor and you cannot find a more passionate educator on the subject. He lightened the class with many practical examples and illustrations.

    Course highlights:

Through this course, I learned how to identify the several different types of businesses and their structures and whether they operated in a monopolistic competition, in a perfect competition, in an oligopoly, or in a monopoly. I also realized the many steps and processes it takes to deliver a product or service and the economic cycle that circles through households to resources to manufacturing to businesses and then back to households.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For those considering to take this course, I would recommend keeping up with the online Aplia homework and do a chapter of homework a week in order to not fall behind.
