I would recommend t this course because while Professor Gallin can be snarky, blunt, and dominant she is very knowledgeable of the subject and successfully teaches her students new ways of integrating facts and data to communicate ideas thoroughly.
This is a Cultural Anthropology course, and this course offers a variety of interesting viewpoints relating to analyzing and reflecting upon a culture. Some tactics include methods of intercommunication and between societies and communication within a society, the role of the anthropologist and the history of anthropology, and the skills necessary to convey the ontology of a society as authentically as possible while maintaining neutrality.

Advice for students:
Make and take advantage of a study group. Actually study. Use outside materials related to the topics discussed in class to help you grasp the ideals of the material. Ask all of your questions. Take time to integrate ideas and understand how terminology relates to one another.
