Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are comfortable with self-studying. I took the hybrid version of it, so I mainly learned the material online and turned in assignments online. I only went to class to take exams.

    Course highlights:

I felt like the class was an in-depth review of my Algebra II/Trigonometry Class that I took my junior year. Pre-Calc is a requirement to take AP Calc so that's mainly why I chose to take it over the summer. I think that Professor Willette is incredibly reasonable when it comes to grades. He understands how difficult it is to keep up with a class that is almost entirely online and to do so within a summer term. So the thing to take away is that this class was great because I barely had to go to class, but not so great at times when I didn't understand a specific concept and had to look online or other resources.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to never procrastinate. Do the homework because it's worth a lot, and make sure you prepare for the exams by doing practice problems. Show your work on exams, and be confident in your math capabilities!

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Wiley moves at the pace of the class while still keeping everyone involved and explains things in new and interesting ways.

    Course highlights:

I really feel prepared for higher level math after taking this course. I no longer feel intimidated by logs, functions, polynomials, etc.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study long, study hard, and always, always speak when you don't understand.
