Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a fun teacher and she reminded me of Ms.Dwiggins from fifth grade. She always made us laugh and will go out from her way to help us in any way she can. Ms.Clapper would always crack jokes to make us enjoy the class and not stressed. She is willing to help every student if they are willing to communicate with her and make time for her. I needed help with my first essay and she came to campus on a Friday to just see me and work on my rough draft.

    Course highlights:

Ms.Clapper definitely helped me a lot since she knows the strengths and weaknesses of each student. She will tell me what things to work on and what I can do to achieve the grade I want for the essay. I have improved in my writing skills and is able to express myself freely on my essay without any fear.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Come see her if you need help, and always communicate with her since she will do anything to help you. If you can't hit the deadline do communicate with her since she can work it out with you and give you an extension. Communicating with her is key since she likes students who communicate with her and tries their best in her class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great teacher, she knows a lot about literature and is a good help if ever needed. She understands much about analyzing a writing piece.

    Course highlights:

I think the highlights of the course were having a choice. For the reading, we had required reading and reading of choice but required to write about. But this helps a lot when writing because it is something you choose to read about. And also a choice in what to write about for essays. This taught me how to be comfortable with writing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you keep up with the reading, the course will be easy. It takes some time but nothing that you cannot handle.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. I learned to be more critical and always have reasons behind my opinions, It does not have to be good but It does have to be reasonable and understandable. I wish I knew the materials deeper so I could dig my essays better. It helped me to think reasonably before speak or write

    Course highlights:

I learned about some history and I learned to write my essays better. He taught us to organize and more critical in writing essays by learning peers essays. We had essay workshop to give our peers essay feedback, not only it helped our peers but we also were able to reflect our works and apply the feedback.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be confident and speak up because there is no right or wrong in opinions as long as we respect each other
