Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Huang was an excellent instructor and truly cares about the success of her students. She is willing to work with you on anything and always wants to help you improve your writing anyway she can.

    Course highlights:

Highlights from this course would include our daily discussions about the reading material. As well as the essays where she allows the students to pick their own topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for some lengthy readings, however the longer ones are usually the most interesting, so keep that in mind

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Bowman is a very likable teacher. he presents all the work required in a calendar at the first class meeting. He is extremely charismatic and can be quite hilarious. He sometimes is not clear enough about what he expects, so ask questions! overall its a pretty easy class as long as you turn this in on time and partisipate in class.

    Course highlights:

I learned quite a bit about justice philosophy and read Aristotle's and Kant's theories concerning justice, personal freedom and morality. These were contrasted with utilitarianism and libertarianism. He gives valuable feedback on papers you turn in although he leaves you wishing he had said something beforehand.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class and participate in class discussions. This is a must!! talk to other students if you have questions and you could even ask the professor but sometimes he can be unhelpful. turn you assignment in on time and you should be alright

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because professor Krooth does an excellent job at teaching the importance of critical thinking and how it relates to everything around us! Critical thinking skills can benefit anyone in any subject, and that is why I believe this was a very helpful class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were listening to other students ideologies on various subjects. We had to write essays and prompts, while also presenting them to the class. This gave us the ability to explore new ideas and innovative thoughts from our class mates.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When deciding a subject to write about, pick one that you are passionate about. One that truly sticks out to you and you can give some form of personal thoughts. This will spark critical thinking and will make your paper much more interesting.
