    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class, it was much more essay-heavy than I'd expected, but it encouraged me into looking deeper into myself and my motivations.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to view the world through the lens of movement. I didn't realize how fascinating and pervasive the study of movement was. I learned about how kinesiology spanned everything from culture and nutrition to international relations and society.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Expect to write a lot, and expect Chisar to actually read what you wrote! Be on point, and you'll get a lot out of this class.
