    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a great introductory class for anyone interested in psychology. It focuses in on the important ideas and concepts of general psychology while introducing various different fields of study. This class pointed me in the direction of social and abnormal psychology to learn more about how and why we think the way we do, and what disorders we face regarding mental health. Even if you do not pursue a further psychology course, this introductory class will help give you a better understanding of the mind.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the functions of the brain, how the functions relate to the way we think, the general overview of psychology and basic terminology, and some common disorders of the brain.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready and willing to read the chapter of your textbook to full comprehend the ideas and terminology. Relate the topics to your own personal experiences and be willing to share your thoughts and opinions.
