Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

A very insightful, well-rounded course provided with extensive resources, this class introduced me to the field of Sociology with an open mind, and let me view the patterns of society through a different lens.

    Course highlights:

We discussed the topics of race and gender equality and viewed several informative documentaries elaborating on these concepts, which made us better prepared for the multiple-choice exams every semester. Overall an outstanding curriculum, which I'd recommend to anyone with high G.E. standards for graduation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When writing the weekly reading reflections, use information based on your personal experiences to gain familiarity with the material. The teacher loves anecdotes, but only if you can integrate them with issues like social status and cultural appropriation well.
