    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because of the amount of information you learn within such a short amount of time. The only hesitation to recommend this course would be because of the professor's expectation that you know out dated ways to cite your sources, but otherwise it was a great course.

    Course highlights:

I learned not just the facts of how the U. S. was founded but also the theories that surrounded this great country's founding. We examined first hand sources and were able to give a comprehensive paper explaining the theories of the day and how they affected us in this day and age.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the course material throughly. If you do so and ask questions you will succeed. Mr. Ham was kind but as in every college course you will be expected to do your homework. Reading ahead is also a great way to get ahead.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor gets the content across in a clear and concise way. He uses power points but doesn't speak solely off of them. However, exams are based off of them which is great because you don't really need the book. Really, all he cares about is that you understand the material and will work with you to make sure you do so.

    Course highlights:

It was mainly lecturing with a few exams. There was only one essay and you had the entire semester to do it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

All exams are written answers, not multiple choice. Most of them can be answered with only a word or sentence, however, the more information the better. He is known to give extra credit if you give more than what the question is asking. At the end, there are two to three short essay questions that should be paragraph length. As long as you pay attention and do the study guides, this class is a breeze.
