    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Good professor overall. However, her grading style is very specific so expect to work exceedingly hard to get your desired grade. Very strict, but cares about helping you in whatever way possible

    Course highlights:

Lacked significant highlights, but I did enjoy how caring she was as a teacher. I would go up to her office and she was always available to help strengthen my paper.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to work hard. As long as you work hard you will have good results.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Always make an outline before starting your papers. Make sure your introduction paragraph has the same topic as your conclusion paragraph at the end. Have at least 3 key points (unless the professor says otherwise) to support your writing. Over cite your papers to avoid plagiarism. Do NOT use a citation website to site your papers. Go to the library and ask for help. Don't show up for help if you have no work. You can't say "I need help, but I have not started on my outline, paper, or citations." Show some effort. I recommend proof reading your own paper twice and having at least three other people read your paper as well. Also, I recommend going to tutors or a writing lab for help. Give it your best, contact your professor often, and be confident. You'll do great.

    Course highlights:

Exercising creativity and critical thinking is the highlight. I learned to be unbiased.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't repeat too many words in your paper. Checkout a dictionary from the library to help. Get to know your classmates quickly. Find out who in the class is an avid reader or plans to be an English major ;)

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely would recommend this course. You have to take it in order to graduate. its part of your basics required. Just be careful who you pick for a professor.

    Course highlights:

It mainly is just a lot of writing. So if you don't like writing... GOOD LUCK

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

GOOD LUCK. You will probably enjoy it. I didn't because i do not enjoy writing.
