    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it teaches a lot about becoming a social justice advocate as a teacher for your students.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about different ways of teaching social justice in a classroom. This means teaching it through multicultural literature, conducting research with students and having students want to advocate for social justice. I also really liked creating a social justice lesson plan as the final project.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Talk to the teacher and read the articles. Ms. Valdez is very helpful and wants to see her students succeed. Reading the articles really broadens your understanding on different issues.
