Pretty easy, overall.
Course Overview:
The professor can be a little hard to understand but if you pay attention to his lectures and take good notes the course can be really easy.
Course highlights:
basic college algebra, this course is basically a recap of what you learned in high school.
Hours per week:
0-2 hours
Advice for students:
stay on top of your assignments. playing catch up in math is pretty hard because once the professor is done with a section they aren't going all the way back to recap what they already taught.
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
It should be an easy class if you did well throughout high school math classes. The concepts that are covered here are really no more than review from high school pre-calculus.
Course highlights:
I learned, or rather relearned, how to graph a quadratic equation and how to complete the square.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
Review all of your prior math concepts, from algebra and pre-calculus specifically; they will help you immensely here.
Pretty easy, overall.
Course Overview:
I would recommend it because it more challenging and it is a more advance math with a mixture of high school math and if you remember things from math in high school, you will do great in this course. The teacher has an accent, so it maybe a little difficult to understand what she is saying, but i personally think she is a good teacher.
Course highlights:
In this course, I learned more formulas then anything else. I am glad that I did, because it helped refresh my memory on the formulas from middle and high school and gave me a little more, which was great, because I love knowledge when it comes to math.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
In this course, we had this program called Mathway. It helped me study and it helps a lot. It costs 50$ on amazon and I think that's the cheapest for a year. I would recommend it because it helped me when I needed more help on a specific objective.
