    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved learning about basic psychology! It was interesting and practical knowledge.

    Course highlights:

I gained insight to the human mind and why we interact the way we do. I learned about the different methods to learning and behavior, and the basic brain development from infancy to adulthood.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book, and you will have no problems! It was an easy A!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it's difficult and requires a lot of work but it's worth it in the long run. It's hard and requires a lot of memorization for the exams. I would recommend always reading the material and studying the vocab.

    Course highlights:

I gained inside knowledge of the mind not only biologically but socially and environmentally as well. It gave me insights about who I am and why people act the way they do. Now I believe I can go through life truly understanding people; preventing stereotyping and prejudice in my own mind. I believe that if everyone knew about this subject there would be so much less hate in the world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be able to read the chapters and take in the knowledge. Pay close attention to the vocabulary and always know them in context. It might help to take a medical termonolgy class before this, as it will help with the vocabulary knowledge.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Intro to Psychology because it is just the start and all of the basics we should know about our mind. There are unlimited learning opportunities and this is really just an enjoyable class.

    Course highlights:

During the Intro to Psychology course, I learned all about different parts of the brain and how they may vary. There are many quirks to the brain which makes it unique. However, some quirkiness causes problems such as when it comes to depression, delusions, hallucinations, and many more things. The important of this class is great because we can not ever know too much about ourselves as humans.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As a student that took this course, I would tell students looking to take this class to read the modules. It may not seem important at the time, especially if you seem to do okay on the tests, quizzes, and assignments. If I could go back, I would have read the chapters because this is actually a very interesting topic. You can not ever know too much about the human brain and that is incredible to me. I was also taking three other college classes at the time so if I was not a part of those, I really wish I could have taken more time for the readings.
