Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class for anyone and everyone, it isn't just for nursing students, one thing that we all have is a body, but we only get one, and just like a car, if you don't upkeep and maintain your car especially when you first get it, you won't be driving many miles in it, so it is with your body, if you don't take care of it while you're young and able to, it won't take care of you when you're older and not quite as able.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned: the basic nutrients that the body needs to function (for athletes, and infants through elderly), the best sources to get those nutrients, the importance of eating nutrient dense foods, and so much more!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    1. Show up for class 2. TAKE GOOD NOTES! 3. Review notes every week before Friday (quiz) 4. ASK QUESTIONS! And PARTICIPATE in group discussions.. EVEN if you don't know the answer 5. Do the homework.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Nutrition is a great course which you can apply to your life style. They teach about all the main nutrients and what those individual nutrients do for the body. Also the class keeps you interested because it is a real eye opener to the common misconceptions of the belief system Americans have about food.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course would have to be this information is very practical. I used the information to help with trying to gain muscle at the gym. Through using what I learned in class I surpassed my fitness goals at an incredible speed.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I could give is to use the information you learn and apply it to your life. If you are anything like I was, being a freshmen in college your diet isn't the best. Changing my diet helped to focus better and overall makes you feel better.
