    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was very informational, and lays out the basics for your very first nursing class in the program!

    Course highlights:

How to assess patients and use the nursing process, and how to properly make a nursing diagnosis. Also it has a huge focus on patho-physiology.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with your work, and stay organized. If you start to feel overwhelmed, go to your teachers and tutors right away for help. Its hard, but its doable.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I learned so much, there was a lot of information to retain but my professor made it really easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

I am certainly still in this course, but for right now I really like the labs that we do because they are hands on and all for me to do act like its a real like situation. We make concept maps that really lay out the material and make it easy to understand.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you're organized and ready to learn the first day that you walk in the door. Make sure that you put in the time to study everyday even if it's for a little bit, also make sure that you take the time to use the resources that are available.
