    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it presents highly useful and too often unknown information to high school students. As we make decisions about how to pay for college, it is important to know what we are getting ourselves into by getting into debt. Not that life is all about money, but it is a very good thing to be savvy about, and this course helped me learn about planning ahead financially and what it looks like to spend your money wisely.

    Course highlights:

I liked being required to follow a stock on the market. It was eye-opening for me to see what the stock market really looks like and what investing in it can do. I had fun with this project and learned a lot about the stock market from it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a good idea to do all of the worksheets given to you. My class did a Dave Ramsey Financial Peace course and I learned a ton from it about different economics vocab and smart money advice in general. Basically, like so many things, you get out what you put in. Work hard and do you work on time, and you'll learn a ton.
