    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course helped gain a better understanding about some of the oppression people of color, specifically black, face and why it exist.

    Course highlights:

One highlight would be the in class discussion because you really get to hear what your peers think. This mattered because instead of getting just what you hear from social media you get more insight from peers closer to home.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Some simple advice is to ask questions that would lead into a deeper class discussion.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would defiantly recommend this course because of how much I wanted to deeply continued to be engaged within the class. This course also made me conscious of wanting to change the injustices within my community. In an effort to contribute to and improve my community outside of the home, I started a movement of advocacy at my school wherein as students we work together on different projects through the student body organizations

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course are base very well on African American studies and well as the injustice racism within for Black People must the Urban communities.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Overall for students who would like to participate within this course I would just say keep prepared for the course. As well as keep prepared within the homework and readings required within the class , because a slot of discussion are based on the reading. But once course completed then its very much worth the effort.
