    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

ACC has a wonderful foreign language program, offering a 5 hour credit course versus typical 3 (and it is worth the 5 hours you earn). Professor Siller was fun during lectures and was simply a talented teacher; he was very good at incorporating multiple teaching methods to accommodate varied learning styles.

    Course highlights:

The incorporation of pop culture and social context to the materials (which is usually reserved for higher level conversation/literature/culture classes. We would regularly watch music videos and given simple assignments based on those, which really helped put our technical study of the language into a practical construct.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Repetition! Repetition! Repetition! Try using the language outside of class and study time, even if just vocabulary. Every little bit helps! The final for this class was tough and truly was a final course overview, incorporating something of every chapter studied. Be prepared!
