    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would certainly recommend this course and professor to anyone wanting to learn about our history from the Renaissance to present day. Professor Hatcher is extremely passionate about her work and does a wonderful job teaching her class.

    Course highlights:

Professor Hatcher assigns approximately eight papers throughout the course, many of which require extensive research. I enjoyed these assignments in particular because it allows you to dig deep into topics that are actually quite interesting. You really get a sense of how things were just a couple centuries ago and how much things have changed since then as a direct result.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to research people, places, and events. The course itself does not require a whole lot, but what it does require is dedication and hard work.
