Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I liked this course because the syllabus was very straight forward and I always knew what was going on in the class. However, it's a self paced class so make sure you have good time management skills.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how each of the US presidents since 1877 has affected our country and how other factors, such as immigration and natural disasters and other countries, affected the US as well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Use the reading guides! They are very helpful for the tests. Also, when writing the final essay, make sure you choose a topic that interests you; it makes it much more enjoyable, and you have so many choices!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class was pretty easy. I did a summer online 5wk course and flew threw it. I did world civ 1&2 in one summer. It felt like a whole summer semester and got 6 credits instead of the usual 3 for one course. The course was pretty quick but i was able to stay up with the material. I would recommend taking this class if you were planning to be a History major. This course can really speed up things for you and advance through your major quicker.

    Course highlights:

Pretty fast. Test weren't to hard and i was able to get through everything i need from this course. Stay up with all the post and emails and read all the material you are handed and the class will be really easy, do that and you can get an b for the class with out the book report.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't waste your time, read the material and you can get an B at least without the book report.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

With this professor, the class is very fast paced. It is a strongly lecture based course with no other assignments besides the tests. However, if you are a strong note taker and study well, you should have no problems making decent test grades.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to manage my time in taking notes, figuring out what is important to write down when you have 20 seconds and a new topic begins. The class was primarily about the New World.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be thorough with your notes. Take as many as you can in the time you have. It will help when it comes to the exams.
