    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Absolutely. Even though it was an extra circular. It is quite a shame really, that my homeschool (St. Edwards) do not accept the Classics like Greek and Latin as apart of their circular. The Latin language and vocabulary is so rich and oozes in elegant English, it for me, is essential Couse for any inspiring scholar.

    Course highlights:

The Latin language and vocabulary is so rich and oozes in elegant English, it for me, is essential Couse for any inspiring scholar. IN SHORT- grammar, history of the three civil wars of the Roman Empire, and lots and lots of vocabulary and their many different forms (nom, dat, gen, acc, and ablative)

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice! Practice! and more Practice! do not get discourage because it can be hard to grasp at first but soon it will all set in and the ah-ha moment will ignite.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Latin is an amazing tool to improve your knowledge of English. If you want to improve your lexicon and writing, this beats any English language course. It's also useful for even after you are finished with it, because it is applicable to English and any other Romance language.

    Course highlights:

I have gained skills to understand the meaning of English words, just by knowing Latin words. I have also improved my grammar and pronunciation.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do all of the exercises in the textbook and as many extra ones as you have time for, it will help you on the test and reduce necessary study time.
