Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is not easy, but if you pay attention in class, and attend the Learning Lab, you will get an A. The teacher is attentive, and perfectly paced. She will allow students to ask questions, but will keep the class moving. She has office hours before class, and after class for anyone who needs help. Quizzes and tests are fair, and always based off of the homework.

    Course highlights:

Learning real day to day math that I will actually use in my life. Learning how to convert units from one category to another, finding volume, reading graphs and diagrams.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the notes! Go over your homework and pay attention in class! The people who failed the tests did not come to class, didn't do the homework, and complained the whole time. If you just pay attention, and ask questions you will be just fine.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The work is hard. But stufy! And use the teacher as your resource because he is there to help you.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you need to take a math class for your major and this is an option I would definitely choose this one! It's pretty easy and professor Carmen mcCullough-Pannell is great! super nice and helpful

    Course highlights:

We were able to help choose which sections we were going to learn. The class covers a bit of a lot of different math subjects, without going to in depth with any subject.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Review the labs because they are all you need to study for the test. If you study the labs and get to the point where you can go through them without using your notes, you'll be fully prepared for the test.
