Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend for students in the education major to take this course with this specific professor. She is the director of the project and up today on all the course information.

    Course highlights:

I learned classroom management, how to be successful in accomplishing instructional time, special intelligences and most of all differentiate teaching.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are shy or have anxiety, but want to be a teaching this is the best course and professor to take it with. It will seem like she is picking on you, but she will assist you with becoming your greatest version.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Phan is an incredible teacher! She explains very well the basic requirements and methods to be a successful teacher. In fact her own teaching style influenced me in a positive way.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was definitely doing the teacher observations in the schools. We were required to do 12 hours of observations during the semester. I enjoyed this because I was able to see a range of teaching styles. I learned tips and tricks of what to do and noted things not to do.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book!!! Do not skimp on your reading. Keep up with the schedule and take good notes. Her exams come right from the book and her lectures always follow the book. Also, when completing the study guide before the test I recommend getting a new paper and writing out everything about each question.
