    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ybarra really cares about his students. He spends hours creating handouts for us to study from and creates in-class activities.

    Course highlights:

I felt so much more confident with the language after his class finished.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to his office hours. Show him you deserve an A. Put in the necessary work, even if your scores aren't high, and he is generous.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If this is a course you have to take for a language requirement, I highly recommend taking it from Professor Boone. He gives plenty of resources and opportunities to make an "A" even if Spanish does not come easily for you.

    Course highlights:

I thought verb conjugations would be the worst part of this class, but it turns out that they were the most helpful! Thank you to Professor Boone for introducing them to us like formulas--"do the proper steps and put in the proper keys, and they won't let you down". M

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the online work! It gives you so many extra points and prepares you for the exams! Do ALL the work even if it is optional--it might save you from the final.
