Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a crucial course to take in the study of accounting. There's no escaping this one, whether you're a general business major or will major in accounting. The principles can be confusing at first, but over time with enough review you will begin to understand them.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the function of debits and credits and the basics of assets, liabilities, revenues, stockholder's equity, and the accounting cycle. The accounting cycle is very important to build your foundation on.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions and don't give up. This material can be very confusing. Others find it logical and straightforward. Don't feel discouraged if it seems difficult because many smart people struggle with this subject.
