    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

this class is really hard but it prepared me really well for the rest of my classes in further years.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about older literature, but it was hard to understand because everything was so dated.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

make flashcards, take notes, work on work ahead of time, not a day before it is due.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it taught me a lot about the Shakespearean Era and taught me about different types of poetry written at this time.

    Course highlights:

I gained the knowledge of many things including background on different periods of times and the types of government implemented at those times, which is what inspired writers during that era.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would edge anyone taking this course to pay close attention to key words and to understand what each of the stories or poems you are reading because some are written in old English which is quite difficult to interpret into modern English.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this class because the novels you have to read are not very relate able the a high school reader. But the teacher is very nice and I would recommend the teacher just not the class itself.

    Course highlights:

I learn through this course about Macbeth and how amazing the play by Shakespeare is. It help but a new spin to plays. You learn new sayings and new ways to appreciate Shakespeare.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Also study, study, study. I cannot stress that out enough. If you do not study then you will surely fail no point about it. Also read the book. By reading the book, you can learn more about the book and be ready for the test better than spark notes.
