    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it gives you insight on how to deal with families and individuals who are going through a crisis so that you can better understand how to help them.

    Course highlights:

    I gained a true knowledge of what empathy means.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    You really need to be focused and read a lot. It is a pretty decent course not to hard but make sure your answers to questions are clear and concise.

    learning how to be supported and straight forward and not get to personal
