Pretty easy, overall.
Course Overview:
Teacher was clear and exceptionally helpful to break down problems and processes, invested in students and was more than willing to review material in order to ensure success. Innovative and lenient structure. Probable most helpful because teacher was a student at a different facility, as such could relate to how students think and what they respond well too.
Course highlights:
Genuinely learned about different statistical rules and procedures: hypothesis tests, variables, terms, resources, data interpretation, and several more aspects.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
Just listen, realize that the instructor is willing to work with you and help you get a better grasp if you don't have one initially, and study. Take it all in steps, soon enough you realize a simple, pretty much straight forward procedure for the problems you need to solve. And I HATE math, but this still was one of my favorite and best courses I have taken.
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
A great teacher and he teaches you methods outside of the book that help you answer questions easier.
Course highlights:
He was energetic and very helpful
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
Pay attention in class and you'll pass
This class was tough.
Course Overview:
Me personally wouldn't recommend taking the class in the summer. The summer is a short term and this class is for long term purposes only! Unless you're a math genius or just love math with a passion especially statistics then this is the class for you, if math isn't particularity your subject but will do it, then take my advice; wait for the fall.
Course highlights:
I gained the patience and tolerance that I have for math. I've also gained the confidence that I haven't had in a while when it came to math.
Hours per week:
12+ hours
Advice for students:
Be on your toes at all times if you want to succeed! Talk with your instructor as much as you can and get tutoring as much as you can. In the summer you'll have a test literally every week! Do not and i repeat Do not slack off in this class!
