Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Arthur has such a strong love for US history. His passion for the course inspires his students to learn more interactively. The amount of knowledge he is able to recite during lectures off the top of his head is fascinating and teaches his students in a casual and entertaining fashion.

    Course highlights:

Mr. Arthur's Arlington field trip is a once in a lifetime chance. Being able to witness your classmates lay a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier leaves you in awe and seeing the history that shaped our country right before your eyes is amazing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Really listen to what he has to say. The information you will gain from this class can be applied to everyday situations. Appreciate the class while you're there because there is no other history teacher like Mr. Arthur.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Almost three years after taking this class, I still retain much of the course material. The class promoted good study habits, as the tests were hard unless you prepared a study guide and memorized all the terms.

    Course highlights:

I learned the history of humanity from the very beginning up until the early Renaissance. The highlight was definitely class everyday, which, even though it consisted of lectures, was entertaining and educational.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always complete the study guides before every test. Although they require a lot of work, memorizing all the information will certainly lead to an A on the test. The only reason that anyone I knew failed a test in this class was they did not complete the study guide.
