    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is phenomenal. Professor Chen opens his semester by demonstrating how the law should be read, and this establishes a framework for the success the rest of the semester (and later on in law school). There is a term project that, in short, requires you to demonstrate why a law is either effective or ineffective based on whatever parameters you would like to establish.

    Course highlights:

I developed my critical thinking skills, reading comprehension and ability to argue. It adds an interesting insight into the way I look at the world and inspired me to continue studying law.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't miss classes, take diligent notes and don't ever be afraid to ask questions. Professor Chen is a phenomenally intelligent and super nice.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Business Law because it is an important course that helps business majors know the Do's and Dont's in a business. I would also recommend this course because Professor Karp does a good job in ensuring his students actually learn in the class and not just cram.

    Course highlights:

So far, I have learned in this course the ethics of business, how to deal with contracts. I have also learned what strict liability and negligence means and also how to brief cases. I must say this course is very helpful.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always study the course materials. The required textbook for this course should be your best friend. If anything is unclear, be sure to see the professor at his office hours. He is always available and ever ready to help.
