Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is full of information about nutrition, diet, and health. A lot of the information I have learned I have applied to my life to try to eat a healthy, more balanced diet as a way to prevent disease. She is a amazingly helpful teacher that not only teaches, but also work as a nutritionist in a hospital.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was learning about wellness and having a balanced diet. Wellness is you overall health, spiritual, mental and physical health and those things work together in the prevention of disease.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study it covers a lot of information, but its useful.
