Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Michael Smith is one of, if not the most, intelligent and knowledgeable instructors I've ever met. Some may not like him because of his extensive and sometimes hard to follow vocabulary or because of his occasionally tangential rants; however, I recommend his course if you are wanting to attend school for more than just a grade and you wish to expand your experience and knowledge.

    Course highlights:

I learned of early Greek philosophy and how it developed up to and somewhat beyond the time of Philo (Greek-Jewish philosopher.) I also learned a lot of interesting things outside of the topic of class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to every class, read all the assignments and take notes if you can. Also, interact with Smith. Ask questions if you don't understand, he is more than willing to backtrack in order to clarify.
