    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She is really kind, caring, and attentive. She really explains everything thoroughly and is an excellent professor. I would take all of her classes if I could. Participation and attendance is necessary.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about several different vitamins and their functions. I also learned how to track my calories and macro-nutrients as it could help maintain a healthy lifestyle. A simple app such as MyFitnessPal can be a useful tool and I continue to use it today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed, it is necessary to come to class everyday. Be prepared for in-class assignments and occasional homework assignments. There were a few projects and presentations. Overall easy if you study and come to class!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is where I found out that not only does the anatomy matter, but as well as what you put into your body!

    Course highlights:

Although my mother has multiple health problems and felt the need to announce that everyone in her family will get it, I feel more determined to combat the chances, because a lot of health problems relate to diet, stress, and physical activity. I reassured my family of what I learned and help them steer the right direction.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't try to just skip through and memorize answers, actually take the information in. You will learn a lot of what will be helpful later in life or even help someone you love.
